Studio A is our larger control room and isolation/vocal booth. It's gear is a blend of modern and vintage equipment, including a Mac Pro with Pro Tools, or optional Logic Pro X supported by an Apogee I/O. The system has a wide array of virtual instruments and plug-ins running native and via UAD systems. Studio A's monitors are KRK VXT8s with matched KRK sub, and Adam A7X near fields.
Additionally, Studio A is equipped with various microphones, including a modified Neumann U-87, AKG 414's, an AKG The Tube, Neve 1084 and Focusrite ISA 85110 EQ's, a Universal Audio LA 610 Mk II, and an Avalon VT-737.
There's also wide array of electric guitars, basses, and acoustic guitars including the Godin Summit classic convertible and Godin 5th avenue uptown.
